Thanks to the water-cooled system, there is no risk of overheating, which is essential for frequent sharpening. The whetstone is adjustable in grain from 220 to 1000, which offers versatile sharpening options. The robust zinc die-cast housing with patented sleeves ensures maximum control. The maintenance-free industrial motor guarantees minimal speed loss even under heavy loads. With an 8-year guarantee when registered online and a stainless steel shaft with EzyLock for easy wheel changes, the Tormek T-4 Original is a good choice.

Made for all your tools

The Tormek T-4 Original is ideal for sharpening chisels, knives, scissors and smaller tools such as wood carving tools. It is also excellent for turning tools and drills. However, for sharpening machine planer knives and moulding knives, we recommend one of the larger Tormek models. Please note that due to the compact design of the Tormek T-4 Original, some turning chisels cannot be honed with the SVD-186 R attachment on the leather honing wheel. You can hone these tools freehand instead.
