Products
We always try to have most of the products in stock.
If a product is not available, please write to our customer service to get information! We also offer you the option of adding your email address to our waiting list on the product page.
Shipment
Shipping is free for all products! At Iconic Tools there is no minimum order value for free shipping.
We try to process all orders as quickly as possible. An order reaches our customers in approximately 1-3 days .
We currently only ship our products within Germany .
However, we are working on expanding our shipping to other countries and as soon as this is possible, we will announce it on our website and social media channels.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track the status of your order on the shipping company's website.
You can also track your order in your customer account on our website by logging in with your customer account.

We offer payment by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Sofortüberweisung. With us you are on the safe side.
You will usually receive your invoice by email once your order has been shipped.
The invoice contains all important information about your order, such as:

- Delivery address

We offer a statutory warranty of 2 years on all our products.
This means that you can complain about your product within 2 years of purchase if it has a defect.
The warranty includes:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of the product
- Refund of the purchase price
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use or wear and tear.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service.

- Describe the defect in the product.
- Send us your invoice and the product serial number.
- We will then take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Return
You can cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days of delivery without giving any reason.
The amount will always be credited using the same method of payment you used when placing your order.
