Yes, shipping for Accesories is absolutely free for you. There is also no minimum order value at Iconic Tools.
We try to process all orders for our products as quickly as possible. An order for kitchen or outdoor knives , axes and hatchets , scissors or grinding machines will reach our customers in about 2-4 days , provided the product is in stock.
Please note that we ship the workbenches directly from our partner Sjöbergs in Sweden. Shipping can take 3-4 weeks .
We offer a statutory warranty of 2 years on all our products.
This means that you can complain about your product within 2 years of purchase if it has a defect.
The warranty includes:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of the product
- Refund of the purchase price
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use or wear and tear.
- Damage caused by force majeure.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
