Long-lasting sharpness for your axe
The Gränsfors Bruk whetstone is ideal for sharpening your axe. It is made of two natural materials: The coarse side made of sandstone from Orsa, Sweden, with a grain size of 120 to 200 grains, is ideal for preparing the cutting edge. The fine side made of clay slate from Los, with its grain size of 500 to 1000 grains, offers a smooth surface to achieve a particularly sharp cutting edge.
The whetstone fits comfortably in your hand and allows you to sharpen the blade precisely by simply following the existing grinding angle. With the vegetable-tanned leather cover and loop, you can easily attach the whetstone to your trousers or backpack - perfect for on the go.
